• We ship F.O.B. Chino. California. Via. FedEx   UPS

• All shipping charges are based upon destination and weight. Concord reserves the   right to select routing of shipment for prepaid freight orders/back orders.

 

Claims Policy >

• Claim for shortages or damaged shipments must be filed with the delivering carrier. Please check all boxes of your shipment carefully, and contact us as soon as possible   if any items are missing.

 

Return Policy >

1. If product needs to be returned, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number) from Concord. The RGA number must be written on the outside of the box.

2. All return are subject to inspection before a replacement or credit can be processed.

3. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective goods returns.

4. Special order items are non-returnable.

5. Returned item must be sent at the expense of the customer.

6. All items returned for replacement or refund must be in their original packaging.
